We use special tile and grout cleaning agents and special scrub brushes because most tile and grout cleaning needs a combination of chemical, nylon cleaning brush bristles, and spray jet to thoroughly clean. The spray jets use water at high pressure while the nylon brush bristles scrub the floor surface, the vacuum slots then suck up the water, grime, and grit resulting in sparkling tile and brilliant grout.
